主要極端環(huán)境微生物分類及生物活性、魚類生理及基于分子生物學(xué)的生態(tài)保護技術(shù)等方面的研究。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項目1項，十三五重點研發(fā)計劃子項目1項，全球環(huán)境基金項目1項，“863”子項目1項，國家海洋局極地專項2項，中央級公益性科研院所基本科研業(yè)務(wù)費2項，國家海洋公益項目1項。在《Environmental Science & Technology》、《Science of The Total Environment》、《Fish & Shellfish Immunology》等發(fā)表論文40余篇，獲得國家發(fā)明專利5項，國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4項，軟件著作權(quán)10項。
