鄭明剛,自然資源部第一海洋研究所副研究員,碩士生導(dǎo)師。2007年畢業(yè)于中國海洋大學(xué)海洋生命學(xué)院,獲海洋生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2014年作為訪問學(xué)者赴美國羅格斯大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生與健康研究所進行生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)的研究。完成國家和省部級科研項目10余項,包括國家重點研發(fā)計劃,國家自然科學(xué)基金和海洋公益項目。主要從事極端微生物資源的篩選,新型有機污染物的檢測和深海微生物基因編輯系統(tǒng)的研究。目前開展的工作主要包括:基于深海熱液區(qū)、極地等環(huán)境微生物在農(nóng)業(yè)和環(huán)境方面的資源化應(yīng)用;近海新型有機污染物的分布和在低溫下的微生物降解;一類兼具內(nèi)切和外切活性的酶的特性分析和在基因編輯方面的應(yīng)用潛力研究。

1. 2011年,所參加的課題“近海海洋微生物資源的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化整理整合與共享”獲海洋局海洋創(chuàng)新成果獎獲獎二等獎,個人排名第六。
2. 2012年,所參加的課題“海洋微生物資源采集與國家海洋微生物資源共享平臺建設(shè)”獲海洋工程科學(xué)技術(shù)獎獲獎一等獎,個人排名第九。
主持項目
主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金、海洋公益性行業(yè)科研專項、山東省自然科學(xué)基金等項目4項,作為骨干參與完成國家重點研發(fā)計劃、山東省科技發(fā)展計劃、海洋可再生能源專項目等項目6項。
目前在研課題涉及:深海微生物資源的獲取及應(yīng)用潛力評價、深海熱液區(qū)微生物多樣性研究、極地低溫解磷菌的篩選及應(yīng)用、近海新型有機污染物的調(diào)查。
